Annually, NALC hosts an event honoring learners, volunteers, and supporters in-person. We convene our community and honor the adult learners who quietly strive to improve their lives through literacy, the volunteer tutors who help them, and our dedicated staff. We share stories that inspire the soul and remind us of our purpose while enjoying a potluck meal from NALC learners and tutors representing more than 50 countries.
This year, we will host attendees in the Eloisa Salazar Event Center at the Tennessee Immigrant & Refugee Rights Coalition.
Attendance to the event is free, but donations can be made before and during the event. Can you help us reach our $50,000 goal?
Bring your favorite dish to share! We will provide non-alcoholic drinks, plates, and utensils.
On this website, you can register for the event, make a donation, and learn more about our mission.
Buy a full size bag of our special Literacy Matters Blend of Bongo Java coffee. Proceeds help our learners change their lives through literacy.
